The Department of Oral Medicine & Radiology is well equipped with dedicated & professionally oriented faculties with rich experiences in the field. The most advanced state of art facilities are available in the department for a rich professional experience. The rich OPD of varied clinical cases provide excellent clinical material for the students. Students get a first-hand knowledge on managing various complex conditions. TENS therapy, laser therapy, electrocautery, RVG, digital IOPA, digital OPG & lateral cephalometry aid in diagnosis & treatment planning.

The radiology department work in unison with other specialities Faculties and students of various other departments discuss and share knowledge with CBCT imaging and other advanced digital imaging modalities. Expert opinion is provided on CBCT images of patients for the benefit of treatment planning & patient management.

The i-CAT 17-19 CBCT machine is a boon in disguise to enrich the professional skills. This is the most advanced and expensive CBCT machine available to date in the field. The students gain a multidisciplinary approach hand and exercise their expertise in handling pathologically involved cases, identifying endodontic canals, periodontal research, aiding in implant planning, airway space analysis, orthodontic research studies etc.

The students get a confluence professionalism, technique and ethics under one roof and develop an Humanitarian and service oriented outlook.
